The case library holds judgments from the Zambian superior courts: the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, the Court of Appeal and the High Court. Each case page is built around the judgment itself rather than around a summary of it.
What each case page contains
Where the material is available, a case page carries the case name, the citation, the court, the date of decision and the coram, followed by the judgment text and the official PDF. Cases whose source publishes no official PDF are kept as text-only entries and are labelled as such, both on the case page and in search results, so you always know what you are reading.

Reading a judgment well
A judgment is only useful if you can separate the ratio from the obiter and can tell whether it still stands.
