What to include
- Content corrections: the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and the authority (Act, section or judgment) that supports the correction.
- Subscription and payment: the email address on your account, the plan, the date of payment and the transaction reference.
- Technical problems: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Takedown or copyright: the document concerned and the basis of your request.
